New Release

  • Sign documents with your organization’s own certificate

Authorized users can select a certificate stored in the HSM (on GinkgoSoft’s Cloud) when submitting documents for signature approval. During the signing step, the system accesses the data in that organization’s HSM.

Once a document is signed, basic information in the Signature Details can be viewed in the PDF document.

Change

  • Added filter options for documents shown on the Tasks Users can choose to show only tasks from the last 6 months, tasks in the current year, or tasksfrom each of the previous 3 years.
  • Hid the link for logging in with OIDC (OpenID Connect) on the login page of zDOX in the web browser for security reasons.

Users can still log in with OIDC through other channels designated by your organization.
