1. Mobile e-Form Viewing

  • Mobile users can now view e-form templates created by Admins (view-only).
  • If a user receives an e-form for signing, they can’t edit but can sign and proceed to the next step.
    – Supports both portrait and landscape display modes.

2. New Admin Role

  • Admins can manage site settings: watermark text, e-form design, and site-specific certificate assignments.

3. Reassign Signer or Sender

  • Signers or document creators can reassign documents to a new signer during the workflow.

4. Change Signer Mid-Flow

  • Document creators can update the signer while the signing process is still in progress.

5. Download with Audit Trail

  • Signed documents can now be downloaded along with their audit trails (e.g., digital certificate, tracking records).

6. Notification Preferences

  • Users can customize notification settings via their profile.

7. Minor/Major Version Uploads

  • When uploading new versions, users can select between a minor or major update.

8. Required Free Text Fields

  • Free text fields can be set as required before the recipient completes signing.

9. Password-Protected PDF Viewing in DMS

  • Users can enter passwords to view protected PDFs in the Document Management System.
